China is in a critical period to coordinate the urban and rural development and to reduce the urban-rural differences. In this process, urban and rural passenger transportation plays an important role in achieving the integration. Based on the analysis of the mechanism and content for integration of passenger transportation in urban and rural areas, analyzes the status of urban and rural passenger transportation, summarizes the differences in the development of urban and rural passenger transportation from facilities, economy (fare) and ride quality of passenger services. Analyzes the difference of urban and rural passenger transportation by using the equal theory, and then reach some revelations to realize its integrated developmen. According to the differences of passenger transportation, proposes some policies and measures to achieve the integrated development of rural and urban passenger transportation.

Based on managemental practice, the writer of this essay develops the Theory of Unoverlapped Circles Development. Taking management in higher educational institutes as an example, the essay explains that management is a process in the pattern of unoverlapped circles. The essay also points out that the multiple characteristics of modern management are manifested in the practice of the theory that in itself is the succession and development of modern managemental theories.

Quite a few of existing literatures focused on research the inner impact of capital structure on Institutional Investors' Stockholding directly. In this paper, we have made an empirical research on this topic based on Chinese listed tourism companies' data during 2005–2009. The results indicated: (1) institutional investors were willing to hold listed tourism companies' shares with lower asset-liability ratio and current ratio; (2) Long-term debt ratio and equity concentration had a significant impact on IIS.

According to the present development of the grounding resistance testing system, the paper designs a new multi-functional inverter grounding resistance meter based on BF504 chip. It's forward channel acquisition circuit to get information of the grounding resistance by testing terminals and clamp mouth, using AD7942 chips to get real-time data of voltage and current; after data processing by DSP to get related parameters of grounding resistance, finally realizes the docking ground resistance measurements. Using direct digital frequency synthesis (DDFS) technology to automatic frequency selection, avoid interference frequency. After testing, the results show that the instrument is reliable, high accuracy, low cost, compact and lightweight.

The rapid development of manufacturing has greatly contributed for GDP in China. The new industrialization is the road that every manufacturing industry will go in the future. The new manufacturing industry is people-oriented, positive developing, recycling resource and protecting environment. Guangxi as the important base in development of the west regions has huge manufacturing gathering area within. Guangxi manufacturing is one of the main team in the Guangxi economic development region, but it's energy-intensive, polluting development way making Guangxi economy faces many obstacles, such as science & technology, environment, resources, etc. This article constructs the new four-dimensional evaluation index (Economy Benefit, R&D Capability, Energy-saving Efficiency and Environmental Protection Ability) to evaluate new manufacturing industry. It's for providing the reference to the Guangxi new manufacturing industry development path.

Choosing the sample cases disclosed by China Securities Regulatory Commission between 2004 and 2010, this paper conducts empirical analysis for the insider's trading from the fluctuation and characteristics of three indicators—cumulative abnormal returns, volume's fluctuation index, announcement effect and inside information effect, based on improved event study method. The result gives support to improve the method of real-time supervision of insider trading with the assistance of high technology and thus developing a more rigorous and efficient supervision of the securities market.
