In this paper, we investigate the energy consumption of the UE for small cell networks integrated with MEC. The problem is firstly formulated as a mixed integer nonlinear programming. Through variable and problem transformation, it is decomposed by the alternating direction method of multipliers. And then, a greedy scheme is proposed to solve the integer optimization. On the basis of that, a distributed green offloading algorithm is proposed.
