At $10000, the device has proven to be reliable and user-friendly and has filled the Cooperatives' needs adequately. Abstract
It has been over four years since the Iowa Rural Electric Cooperatives (RECs) jointly purchased a power disturbance monitor, to help its membership resolve electronic equipment problems.
