Abstract
In disaster-prone cities or regions, allocating certain emergency power supplies for essential loads can improve power supply reliability and reduce power outage losses. Aiming at the configuration problem of anti-disaster mobile power vehicles, this paper establishes the comprehensive coefficient of importance according to three typical characteristics of different loads and establishes the capacity planning model with the objective of minimizing the comprehensive loss of the system, taking the loss of emergency response, the loss of mobile power vehicle dispatching, the loss of power supply restoration and the investment cost of the mobile power vehicles as the objective. The mobile power vehicles prioritize satisfying the core load and carrying out the optimal allocation in twenty-two load points and three power supply stations. In this paper, the problem is transformed into a multi-stage decision-making process based on dynamic programming. Simulation results show the correctness of the proposed model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.
