Pelayanan publik adalah wajah konkret kehadiran negara dalam kehidupan masyarakat sehari-hari. Ke depannya pemerintah perlu selalu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi, termasuk mampu memberikan layanan digital yang prima. Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Asahan berupaya memanfaatkan media digital sebagai peluang dalam menyebarluaskan informasi layanan terhadap publik, seperti penggunaan Instagram, Facebook, Website, Tiktok maupun media cetak. Tantangan Dinas Kominfo Kabupaten Asahan yang belum mampu menerapkan dan memenuhi Peran Kehumasan Kominfo pada peningkatan pelayanan publik dalammmemenuhi kebutuhann masyarakat yang semakin besar. AbstractDigitalization of the bureaucracy is a very urgent demand to be fulfilled, in order to increase the ease and speed of the service process, as well as for transparency and accountability for service quality. Public service is the concrete face of the state's presence in people's everyday lives. Going forward, the government needs to always adapt to technological developments, including being able to provide excellent digital services. The Asahan District Communication and Informatics Office seeks to utilize digital media as an opportunity in disseminating service information to the public, such as the use of Instagram, Facebook, Website, Tiktok and print media.
