Abstract

NTT,就业文化对西南SUMBA县高中教师表现和学生学习成绩的影响
本研究旨在研究:(1)高中生物教师的工作文化对其教师绩效的影响;(2)高中生物教师绩效对学生学习成绩的影响;(3)高中生物教师绩效对学生学习成绩的影响。样本为十年级和十一年级的生物教师,共20名十年级和十一年级的师生。数据是通过问卷调查和测试收集的。采用通径分析技术对数据进行分析。通径分析结果表明:(1)生物教师的工作文化对其绩效有显著影响,p < 0.05, R2为33.1%,回归方程为Y = 36.316 + 0.652X;(2)生物教师绩效与学生学习成绩之间存在显著影响,p < 0.05, R2为50.3%,回归方程Y = 48.831 + 0.252Y;(3)生物教师绩效与学生学习成绩之间存在通过教师绩效的影响,其t数为2.158,大于表2.093。
