Abstract

The calculation technique of Fisher information matrix in the steady-state is used for the object parameters specification. The mathematical ratios are given. Modeling is executed in the Simulink environment. The transition process schedule is shown. The parameter estimation results for a case when an object is under the noise are given. It is offered to use the steady-state that it allows to simplify mathematical ratios significantly.
