The work is dedicated to the implementation of information system for monitoring the quality of the road surface condition, and the development of software to interact with the system and the network of mobile devices for data collection. The architecture of the prototype of a hardware device intended for collecting statistical data on specialized transport is proposed. The results of the prototype work on some sections of roads are shown. This work was supported by RFBR grant No16-37-00240.

Semi-supervised classification with cluster ensemble 具有聚类集成的半监督分类

We propose a method for semi-supervised classification using a combination of ensemble clustering and kernel based learning. The method works in two steps. In the first step, a number of variants of clustering partition are obtained with some clustering algorithm working on both labeled and unlabeled data. Weighted averaged co-association matrix is calculated using the results of partitioning. We prove that this matrix satisfies Mercer's condition, i.e., it defines symmetric non-negative definite kernel. In the second step, a decision function is constructed on labeled data using the obtained matrix as kernel. Some theoretical properties of the proposed method related to its convergence to the optimal classifier are investigated. Numerical experiments show that the proposed method possesses accuracy comparable with some state of the art methods, and in many cases outperforms them. We will illustrate the performance of the method on the problems of semi-supervised classification of hyperspectral images.

We consider the problem of 2-partitioning a finite set of points in Euclidean space minimizing the sum of squared distances between cluster elements and the corresponding cluster centers. It is assumed that the center of one of the desired clusters is the origin, while the center of the other cluster is unknown and determined as the mean value over cluster elements. In this work, we present a short survey on the results for this problem.

Modeling the risk of osteopenia and osteoporosis in postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes on the sets of clinical and immunogenetic parameters 基于临床和免疫遗传学参数的绝经后2型糖尿病妇女骨质减少和骨质疏松风险模型

Background: Osteoporosis and type 2 diabetes are common comorbidities in postmenopausal women. The value of clinical and immunogenetic risk factors for osteopenia and osteoporosis risk assessment in diabetic patients still needs to be clarified. Aims: to construct the models for assessing the risk of osteopenia and osteoporosis in postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes on the basis of clinical and immunogenetic parameters. Materials and methods: We studied 197 Caucasian diabetic women, from 50 to 70 years of age. An examination of BMD in the spine, proximal femur and forearm was performed by DEXA. Thirteen polymorphisms in the promoters of TNF A: −238 A/G (rs361525), −308 A/G (rsl800629) and −863 C/A (rsl800630), ILIB: −31 C/T (rsl 143627), IL4: −590 C/T (rs2243250), IL6: −174 C/G (rsl800795), ILIO: −592 C/A (rsl800872) and −1082 A/G (rsl800896), VEGFA: −2578 C/A (rs699947) and +936 C/T (rs3025039), MMP2: −1306 C/T (rs243865), MMP5.· −1171 5A/6A (rs3025058) and MMP9: −1562 C/T (rs3918242), were investigated. Results: Seventy-three women had normal BMD, in 90 ones we revealed osteopenia, and 34 women had osteoporosis. Age, BMI and smoking were strongest predictors of BMD in multivariate regression analysis (p<0.0001, p=0.003 and p=0.01, respectively). In the additive model, C allele and CC genotype in MMP9 −1562 position were associated with low BMD (OR 2.16, p=0.0007 and OR 2.02, p=0.0008, respectively). Association of the polymorphism with BMD remained significant after adjustment for clinical risk factors (p<0.001). Twelve combinations of genotypes associated positively with low BMD were revealed by bioinformatic analysis (all p<0.005). The CC genotype in position −1562 of MMP9, CC genotype in position −863 of TNF A, GG genotype in position −308 of TNFA, and AA genotype in position −1082 of ILIO were the most prevalent variants in these combinations. Conclusions: The combinations of clinical and immunogenetic determinants could be used for assessment of individual susceptibility to osteopenia and osteoporosis in postmenopausal type 2 diabetic women.

An efficient method for collecting spatio-temporal data in the WSN using mobile sinks 一种利用移动接收器采集无线传感器网络时空数据的有效方法

The article is a concise presentation of the results of the research in the area of increasing the efficiency of energy consumption for the process of collecting spatio-temporal data with the wireless geosensor networks. Energy saving is a very significant consideration in the design of those systems, since geosensors used for environmental monitoring have limited possibilities for recharge of the batteries. The proposed approach allows increasing the lifetime of wireless geosensor networks by optimizing the relocation of mobile sinks.

Primary lymphedema of the limbs refers to primary lymphatic dysplasia, and can be associated with other syndromes, including hereditary. Consider the two-criterion problem of maximizing benefits and minimizing risks by selecting projects. Characteristics of projects, their interference and capital are known. We have proved strongly NP-hardness in case of Boolean problem. Pseudopolynomial solvable cases were proposed.

Video-based vital sign monitoring system of patients in intensive care unit 基于视频的重症监护病人生命体征监测系统

In this paper, the video-based vital sign monitoring system is proposed to continuously evaluate breathing parameters, heart rate, heart rate variability, peripheral microvasculature state and psycho-emotion state. The system contains two low-cost Logitech C920 webcams with 640×480 pixel resolution and 30 Hz sampling frequency. They were placed at a distance of 80 cm above the patient. The analysis of patient functional state was carried out by using original software that automatically identifies physiological patterns: spontaneous breathing recovery during the artificial ventilation, presence and ratio of diaphragmatic and thoracic breathing, the frequency and adequacy of spontaneous breathing, moment of patient consciousness recovery, heart rate and heart rate variability, motor activity and muscle tone, sedation and analgesia quality of postoperative patients. The proposed system can be used as an additional diagnostic tool of non-invasive anesthesia equipment to obtain complex physiological information about the patient.

Preclinical investigation of the pharmacokinetic of a novel prolonged release dosage form of lithium citrate 一种新型柠檬酸锂缓释剂型药代动力学的临床前研究

This study assessed the comparative pharmacokinetics of a novel prolonged release dosage form of lithium citrate in inbred mouse Unes BALB/c after single intragastrically administration. In the experiment mice were divided into two groups (8–10 animals each group) which were received Uthium citrate (LC) (75 mg/kg) or complex based on lithium citrate, aluminum oxide and organosilicone polymer (LCAS) (1120 mg/kg) once intragastrically. These doses were calculated based on lithium containing at the ratio 5,6 mg/kg. Pharmacokinetic parameters and relative bioavailability were calculated based on lithium ions concentration in serum and brain, which was measured by inductively-coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). According to received pharmacological data the LCAS has a longer time period during which the lithium concentration exceeds 75% of the Cmax in compare with LC (Clast obs/Cmax of the new complex is 9.7 times more, than of standard LC substance), relative bioavailability of LCAS is 53.82% of standard LC. Maximum concentration of lithium ions is lower by 4,3 times, than if administration of LC. Performed research has proven that combining aluminium oxide and organosilicone polymer as supportive components with Uthium citrate helps to maintaining a stable Uthium ions concentration in blood and brain which is important for achieving positive lithium therapy effect.

Improved TEM-cell for EMC tests of integrated circuits 用于集成电路电磁兼容测试的改进TEM-cell

In this paper, the construction of TEM-cell, which can be used for tests on radiated susceptibility and emissions of integrated circuits in the frequency range up to 5 GHz, is presented. Constructional features and advantages of proposed TEM-cell compared with classic constriction are described. Electrodynamic simulation of construction is completed and results of the analysis of frequency dependencies of the magnitude of reflection |511| and transmission |S21| coefficients are presented. Results of the simulation showed good matching with the 50 Ohm feeder (|S11| ≤ −20 dB) and low losses (|S21| ≥ −3 dB) in considered frequency range. Evaluation of non-uniformity of electric field strength in test volume is represented. Its value doesn't exceed ±3 dB in the test volume of 30×30×5 mm3.
