Abstract
The article presents ethnographic findings on the transnational blend of Cuban santeria and ifa in four Latin American contexts. We have been able to know the dynamics of an in-expansion religious tradition, by following biographies of migrated Cubans in the countries of Mexico, Peru, Bolivia and Chile, which motivated by political, economic and cultural factors, determined their forms of adaptation in every settling space. It analyses the legitimation and institutionalization processes mediated by the collective diffusion and in means of communication, the incorporation of indigenous and Afro-descendants, the rising of temple-homes and ritual families, the circulation of goods and the increasing agent networks which have been consolidated between Cubans and other foreigners in every anchor country
