In addition, the emphasis of smart hotel construction is also different, and different service subjects have different requirements for intelligence. Abstract

With the development of new network communication technology and tourism information upgrade, the development of smart tourism in China has certain basic conditions and the all-round development of “smart tourism” needs the full transformation of all walks of life. As one of the important links in tourism, “living” should also be transformed to develop “smart hotel” embodying wisdom and to promote the all-round development of “smart tourism”. 随着新型网络通信技术的发展和旅游信息化升级,中国发展智慧旅游具备一定的基础条件,“智慧旅游”的全面发展需要各行各业的全面转型。作为旅游的重要环节之一,“住”也要转型,发展体现智慧的“智慧酒店”,推动“智慧旅游”的全面发展。指标体系的支撑是智能酒店良好发展的关键,智能酒店指标体系的建立将为智能酒店的建设带来一定的标准。但目前国内对智慧酒店的评价缺乏一套完整的体系,导致智慧酒店的建设不能从整体上把握。此外,智慧酒店建设的侧重点也不同,不同的服务主体对智能化的要求也不同。本文在建立智慧酒店评价指标体系的基础上,分析了各指标的权重,并通过实证研究对济南市酒店智能化建设提出了合理建议。
