The sampling technique is purposive sampling. COVID-19大流行期间剖宫产产后妇女家庭护理需求的描述
背景:分娩是一个生理过程,但从怀孕到分娩可出现病理状况或并发症,如剖宫产。本研究的目的是确定Covid-19大流行期间剖宫产产后母亲的家庭护理描述。方法:本研究采用描述性定量设计,在登巴萨市Udayana医院对30名剖宫产术后患者进行问卷调查。抽样技术是有目的的抽样。采用问卷调查法收集资料,采用描述性统计法进行数据分析。结果显示,一半(50%)的被调查者在剖宫产后产后需要进行生命体征监测,60%(60%)的被调查者在剖宫产后产后需要进行体格检查监测,66.67%(66.67%)的被调查者在剖宫产后产后需要进行心理护理,几乎全部(86.67%)的被调查者在剖宫产后产后需要进行动员需求治疗。最多53.3%的应答者在剖宫产后产后需要接受计划生育服务治疗,近90%的应答者在剖宫产后产后需要乳房护理,近83.33%的应答者在剖宫产后产后需要伤口护理。结论:根据研究结果发现,在大流行期间,剖腹产的产后妇女需要家庭护理。
