Abstract

With the development of new power system, higher requirements are put forward. Time sensitive network has the characteristics of certainty, high real-time and high bandwidth. This paper presents the networking scheme of smart substation based on TSN, and analyzes and tests the key technologies such as time synchronization, traffic scheduling, traffic filtering and policing, frame replication and elimination. It is found that time can be synchronized with the master clock. The traffic is deterministic based on the gate control list.
