Abstract
The paper studies the potential of applying the IN/ISDN based Bellcore architecture in the personal communication services (PCS) environment. It studies the mapping between the home location registers (HLRs) to visiting location registers (VLRs) in a service control point (SCP) to ensure an efficient call delivery for the Bellcore architecture based PCS.
