We interviewed 500 people who went to any tourist destination more than once through a virtual platform in Brazil. This article uses Principal Component Analysis to analyze this issue. The results identified four types of repeat tourists, who tend to spend less than first-time tourists, but who may influence people to visit the destination due to their high degree of satisfaction.
