In this work, temperature sensor is used to detect the temperature of water and level switch is used to detect the water level. Abstract

PLCs are robust industrial electronic systems applied for controlling a wide variety of mechanical systems. One of the most substantial applications of PLC is found in glass bottle manufacturing industry. PLC based glass bottle spray coating system is a noteworthy part of glass bottle manufacturing industry Especially, in Bangladesh the system has not yet been introduced till now. This paper aims to implement a glass bottle spray coating system using programmable logic controller (PLC) along with SCADA (WinCC RT advanced) and proportional Integral Derivative (PID) control system.
