Abstract

: Fitness and bodybuilding has been developed in China for decades and is deeply loved by the masses. Under the background of the national fitness program and the general environment of the sports industry, China's fitness and bodybuilding has developed in the long-term in terms of scope and breadth, but the path model is single, and it is difficult to adapt to the development of the times.
