(3) In the 138 counties, the food production efficiency significantly differs, among which predominance areas of total factor efficiency mainly include Shijiazhuang, Hengshui and other mid-eastern regions, while the non-dominant northern zone are mainly located in the north. Abstract

基于DEA模型和GIS技术的县级粮食生产效率研究
本文将DEA模型与GIS技术相结合,从全要素效率、技术效率和技术进步效率三个方面对河北省138个县的粮食生产效率进行了实证分析。结果表明:1)河北省粮食生产效率在这一时期增长较快,不同种类粮食的生产效率表现出较高的关联度,其中技术效率对全要素效率的影响较大,相关系数为0.50;(2)粮食生产效率在省内区域内的空间分布明显;全要素效率在纬向呈反U型分布趋势,技术效率呈一阶分布趋势。(3) 138个县区粮食生产效率差异显著,全要素效率优势区主要集中在石家庄、衡水等中东部地区,北方非优势区主要集中在北方地区。与传统方法相比,将DEA模型与GIS技术相结合的方法在粮食生产效率估算和空间分析方面具有一定的优势。
