The Analysis on the Function of Risk Management in Construction Enterprises Development 风险管理在建筑企业发展中的作用分析

With rapid economic development and the progressively more intense competition, building industries are facing the constant change, and these will bring risk to the enterprise development. Risk management is needed in the manufacturing course and has become the indispensable part of the national lash-up system. Based on the analysis of risk management situation of construction firms, the connotations of risk management are analyzed in this paper, then the necessity and approaches are also expounded. Appropriate patterns of risk management in building industry are erected based on description and analysis of the risk and the effective methods of risk management are presented. Through systematic research and analysis, this paper intends to provide theoretical foundation for the risk management of the building industry in China and strengthen their capabilities to evade risks.

Telephone Clients Management System with Short Messages 短信电话客户管理系统

With the rapid development of network, the distribution system based on it is becoming more and more popularized. Telephone Clients Management System with Short Messages (TCMSSM) is used to retrieve the client information through his/her phone number which captured by the presentation of Caller ID automatically, generate orders half automatically, and then send them to mobile phones of workers who service outdoors by SMTP. The level of distribution management is improved efficiently through this solution.

Test Case Prioritization Technique Based on Genetic Algorithm 基于遗传算法的测试用例优先排序技术

With the rapid development of information technology, software testing, as a software quality assurance, is becoming more and more important. In the software life cycle, each time the code has changed need to be regression testing. The huge test case library makes running a full test case library being challenged. To this end, we designed a genetic algorithm-based test case prioritization algorithm and improved the genetic algorithm proposed software test case prioritization algorithm.

Analysis of Chinese Interrogative Intonation and its Synthesis in HMM-Based Synthesis System 基于hmm合成系统的汉语疑问句语调及其合成分析

In the training process of HMM-based speech synthesis systems, the states of the HMM models are clustered based on the context features labeled on the training corpus. A good feature set would enable the synthesis system to generate natural prosody. In this paper, in order to synthesize interrogative intonation, we analyzed the acoustic features of the interrogative intonation and the context features that are related to the interrogative intonation in Chinese. We then expanded the feature set used conventional HMM-based speech synthesis system with interrogative intonation related features. A new speech synthesis system is trained with the proposed feature set. The analysis of train and synthesis results show that the proposed feature set is able to discriminate declarative and interrogative intonations. Perception listening test also shows the synthesis system using the expanded feature set can generate interrogative intonation.

Use Case-Based Service-Oriented Analysis and Modeling 基于用例的面向服务的分析和建模

The drawbacks of Service-Oriented Analysis and Design (SOAD) methodologies are discussed and a new SOAD method based on Use Case (UC) approach is presented in this paper, therefore, a service model is designed to facilitate service identification from Use Case script. Moreover, a process to achieve high quality service identification is introduced as a guideline to an analyst work. Through the analysis of the method basic characteristics and its illustration, we can conclude that the method has several advantages compared to other methods which are based on business process modeling and enterprise architecture.

Research of County-level Food Production Efficiency by DEA Model and GIS Technologies 基于DEA模型和GIS技术的县级粮食生产效率研究

By linking DEA model to GIS technologies, this paper makes an empirical analysis about food production efficiency of 138 counties in Hebei Province from three aspects: total factor efficiency, technical efficiency and technological progress efficiency. The result shows that :1) The food production efficiency in Hebei Province grows rapidly during this period, and the production efficiency of different kinds of food shows a higher relation, and the technical efficiency has a large influence on the total factor efficiency, with a correlation coefficient 0.50, (2) Spatial distribution of food production efficiency within the province area is evident, and total factor efficiency in latitudinal direction presents an inverse U type distribution trend, meanwhile technical efficiency shows the first order distribution trends. (3) In the 138 counties, the food production efficiency significantly differs, among which predominance areas of total factor efficiency mainly include Shijiazhuang, Hengshui and other mid-eastern regions, while the non-dominant northern zone are mainly located in the north. Compared with traditional methods, the method of linking DEA model to GIS technologies has certain advantages in estimates and spatial analysis of food production efficiency.

The Research of Trusted Evaluation in the Grid Computing System 网格计算系统中可信评估的研究

Grid computing is in the network environment, virtualizing the resources and sharing a variety of resources dynamically. In a grid environment there are various points that mutually restrict and coalesce at the same time. The relationship can be summed up as a concept "trusted" which is an important part of grid computing. This article established the trusted evaluation index system of grid computing, which involved the conception of ecological niche and comentray, designed the evaluation algorithm based ecological niche and comentray. We evaluate the reliability of grid computing of a example using this evaluation method.

Case-based Reasoning Enabling Database Mining for Cryo-Preserving Algae Applications 基于案例推理的低温保存藻类应用数据库挖掘

Case-based Reasoning's (CBR) origins were stimulated by a desire to understand how people remember information and are in turn reminded of information, and that subsequently it was recognized that people commonly solve problems by remembering how they solved similar problems in the past. Thus CBR became an appropriate way to find out the most suitable solution method for a new problem based on the old methods for the same or even similar problems. The research highlights how to use CBR to aid biologists in finding the best method to cryo preserve algae. The study found CBR could be used successfully to find the similarity percentage between the new algae and old cases in the case base. The prediction result showed approximately 93.75% accuracy, which proves the CBR system can offer appropriate recommendations for most situations.

Minimum-Time Motion Planning for Iso-scallop Trajectories on Smooth Manifold Surfaces 光滑流形表面上等扇贝轨迹的最小时间运动规划

For the merits of iso-scallop trajectories on smooth manifold surfaces, i.e., high efficiency, longer element and few elements, S-Curve profile is employed to realize minimum-time motion planning in the paper. First of all, the trajectory models of line segment, circle segment and NURBS segment are discussed. Next, the acceleration, velocity and displacement equations of S-curve profile are described with piecewise integrations. For the length of trajectories is predetermined by the cutter location files, the minimum-time motion planning has changed to find feasible and highest velocities limited by the trajectory curvature of each element, connections between trajectories and properties of machine tools. Thirdly, a time model software Time Model App is developed to encapsulate the complex motion planning process and predict the machining time. The prediction is better in calculation accuracy and versatile in the element types than the reported Kim model.
