A website-based information system is required to meet these needs. The application of e-government plays a critical role in improving the quality of public services and can overcome existing problems. The purpose of this study was to design a website-based service information system and application letter \"sipadu\" at RW 04 Kapuk Poglar. The type of research used is qualitative research, while data collection is carried out by field studies using observational data collection techniques, interviews, and literature study. Abstract
Public service is the fulfillment of the desires and needs of society by state administrators.
