In the current era of globalization, employee uniforms are critical for business entities to recognize each employee as a worker's identity for the company. Given the importance of work uniforms for the company, employees must wear the uniform every day. PT Indomarco is a company engaged in retail that has 9000 employees, and has problems with the procedure for exchanging employee uniforms that are no longer suitable for all employees. The research aim is to create an information system for submitting employee uniform exchanges easily and quickly. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through field research using observations and interviews. The results of the design were tested with the White Box Testing method when coding the program and the Black Box Testing method to test the functionality of the system. The result is a prototype of a uniform exchange application that runs according to the function, and no errors are found in the new system.

IMPLEMENTASI METODE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE PADA SISTEM INFORMASI ANTRIAN PELAYANAN PEGADAIAN MENGGUNAKAN WEBSITE 利用网站在典当行服务排队信息系统上实施先到先得方法

One of the services businesses currently developing is pawnshop services. One of the business actors in the pawnshop business is PT. Pegadaian is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) company. One of them is the North Jakarta branch of the Kelapa Gading pawnshop. Daily operational activities in this Pegadaian business unit are not optimal for servicing the customers. It realized plenty of customer queues piling up when making transactions. A solution is needed to overcome this problem. This research aims to design a queue-based service information system applying the First Come First Serve (FCFS) method. With this designed system, customers come first and will be served first. The results of the tests show that the system design is running well according to plan. It is hoped that the existence of a service application with a queue can improve service quality and operational performance.

Al-Hurriyah Islamic Elementary School currently uses traditional methods in collecting, processing, and managing data or information, due to a lack of facilities and competence or knowledge of employees about computers. So it causes frequent errors in making Financial Reports. There are even some files that are lost. The research objective is to design a web-based Elementary School Financial Information System. The research method used in this research is field research with data collection techniques using the Observation method (Direct Observation) and interviews (interviews). Data collection method using observations and interviews with parties related to the Financial Report on the processes, documents, and reports used in the Financial Report system at Al Hurriyah Islamic Elementary School in October 2021. The result is a prototype of a web-based school financial information system that has passed a system testing process so that the proposed new system is error-free.

A Decision Support System is an information system to help management in the decision-making process. Since the beginning of PT. Absolute Akustik Indonesia has carried out many order transaction processes for customers. The large amount of data stored makes the data classification even more numerous. The system that runs at the company in planning and supervising production does not have a priority system for processing customer orders. The problems in order determining priorities are caused by many orders at the same time by recording them in the book without any given criteria. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to design a customer assessment and grouping system to support decisions in determining order priorities. The results, the customer assessment, and the grouping system to support decisions in determining order priorities are running as planned.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the internet has been applied for education as being used for new student registrations (PPDB). As in the KB Pertiwi pre-school, in the current registration process, parents of prospective students must come directly to the school, fill out a paper registration form, attach supporting files, and pay the registration fee in cash. This process takes a long time and causes the registration, reporting, and data processing process ineffective and slow. An information system is needed to help parents of prospective students obtain information and register students to be more efficient, save time, and can be accessed anywhere, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic. Aims of this study was to design a new student admission information system at KB Pertiwi PAUD. The research method used in this research is qualitative. Using field studies with data collection techniques observation, namely by observing how the New Learner Admission Process (PPDB) process works at KB Pertiwi Lebeteng, then an interview process is carried out, namely data collection by conducting questions and answers directly with the committee. The result of this research is a prototype of a web-based new student admission application that has been tested so there are no errors in the applications. The application is done by what is planned and the needs of its users.

Facilities and infrastructure equipment at SMKN 11 Jakarta is currently recorded in books and recapitulated into Microsoft Excel. It has problems controlling the inventory data of school facilities and infrastructure in detail. Sometimes items recorded in the admin do not match the number of items in the warehouse, resulting in the slow preparation of inventory reports on facilities and infrastructure at the school. This research aims to design an inventory system for facilities and infrastructure at SMKN 11 Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative method using a field research approach and library research in the data collection method. The result is a prototype of the facilities and infrastructure inventory system application at SMKN 11 that passed the testing, and there are no errors and can run well according to the needs.

The implementation of bureaucratic reform in government is accelerated by the implementation of e-government technology. Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Bina Upaya Kesehatan (Setditjen BUK) uses a manual office administration system. It requires a lot of office stationery supplies, time, and energy to process documents to distribute. Another problem is that searching for documents is difficult. The research objective is to build an incoming mail and outgoing mail data processing system that can convey information in detail, briefly and clearly, easy to understand with an attractive appearance. The data collection methodology used is observation by looking directly at the workings of the sections related to recording the results of activities, and also seeing firsthand the system that works in e-office data processing. In addition, the interview method is used to find out the problems that arise or are experienced by research sources. The result is the design of incoming and outgoing mail data processing applications with complete information delivery according to user needs.

The research objective is to build an incoming mail and outgoing mail data processing system that can convey information in detail, briefly and clearly, easy to understand with an attractive appearance. The data collection methodology used is observation by looking directly at the workings of the sections related to recording the results of activities, and also seeing firsthand the system that works in e-office data processing. In addition, the interview method is used to find out the problems that arise or are experienced by research sources. Electrical energy requirements have increased in line with economic growth and social welfare. Every month, meter recording officers come to record customers' electricity kwh usage. Problems often occur in the recording process using the ACMT application such as errors in inputting the booth meter numbers or the customer's kwh meter as recorded by the officer. The main problem of this research is how to design a system for recording and calculating postpaid electricity kwh meter bills to produce a report that is fast, accurate, and optimal. This research aims to design a postpaid electricity meter recording system that will provide bill estimates for the customers, and reduce complaints and spikes in customer bills due to recording errors. The design created was tested using the White Box and Black Box Testing method as the results worked according to its function defined.

APPA Project is a company engaged in photography services. To compete with other companies, Appa Project must be able to utilize the development of information technology. The current problem is that the processing of photography service order data that is currently running is less effective because it is performed manually, causing the accumulation of orders that are not read, the reports cannot be submitted on time, archiving uses a lot of paper, is not coordinated with the photographer, and documents are easily lost and damaged. The research purpose is to create an application system for ordering photography services that can make order reports accurately and on time and create a secure and neat documentation and archive system to prevent unwanted things. The research uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Waterfall approach. The results are in the form of a photography service rental information system that is designed to be integrated using internet technology so that information obtained in the form of prices and photo packages available at the company is easily obtained by consumers. The new system also allows consumers to place orders online. The system was implemented using PHP programming language and MySQL database.

The treasurer or finance department is a crucial part of the organization. The task of the treasurer is to receive, record and make financial reports of the organization. Financial information must be detailed and transparent so that the financial information conveyed is clear to address interested parties regarding the amount of cash reported each month. At the Sunter Muara Orphanage, the financial reports still use a manual system where each income and expenditure of cash funds is recorded in the ledger, which can cause mistakes and errors in preparing financial statements. This study aims to create a computerized cash application using web scraping methods. The research method used is field research with data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. The results are in the form of an application prototype that helps the processing of financial cash receipts and disbursements data at orphanages to be faster and more effective and to produce financial reports that are easier and more structured.
