However, compared with the rapid growth of the number of candidates for the college entrance Japanese examination, the number of Japanese teachers in senior high schools is still significantly insufficient, and the cultivation of Japanese teachers in colleges and universities is still in its infancy. Abstract

: With the deepening of foreign language curriculum reform in primary and secondary schools and the reform of multilingual foreign language college entrance examination, there has been a “Japanese craze for national college entrance examination”. 高校高中日语教师培养的探索
随着中小学外语课程改革和多语种外语高考改革的深入,出现了一股“日本高考热”。然而,与高考日语考生数量的快速增长相比,高中日语教师的数量仍然明显不足,高校日语教师的培养还处于起步阶段。基于“《日语课程标准解释》的知识要求”、“一线教师的经验”和“高考日语考生的期望”,本研究认为高校应从以下几个方面培养高中日语教师:(1)课程设置要注重跨学科;(2)在实践中培养日语教学能力;(3)重视高中日语教育和大学入学日语考试;(4)培养积极的心理素质。
