Abstract

基于工业工程方法的简易踏板批封机设计
本设计以足部冲压机床为研究对象,结合工效学、机械设计原理、仿真与设计等知识,对传统冲压工具进行分析。针对现有冲压机床工作量大、工作效率低、重复率高、人工成本高等问题,提出了一种脚踏批量冲压机床的设计方案。结合工效学、机械设计原理、仿真与设计等工业工程知识,对传统冲压工具进行分析,建立模型对冲压机床进行仿真优化,模拟批量操作。通过使用Flexsim仿真软件对脚戳机进行仿真优化,得出脚戳机的工作效率从80.82%提高到83.02%,处理邮票单据的总改进率为27.25%,取代了手工盖章、投递、分拣等许多重复繁琐的环节,以及自动戳机价格高、体积大等诸多问题。
