As a result, healthcare is more accessible, more effective, and less expensive. It's a problem, however, because of the proliferation of Internet of Things devices. This poses a problem because IoMT devices are compact and have a limited number of schemes and computing power. It is challenging to administer and safeguard IoMT systems because of their widespread use. This is a major problem that prevents the therapeutic application of IoMT. Internet of Things (IoT) security issues, threats, requirements, and potential future research are all covered in this report. Existing solutions and unresolved issues in the realms of security and privacy are also receiving considerable attention.
