The main idea was to introduce thezone bean varieties with high content of Iron and Zinc in addition to other essential nutrients for human development, trying in the first place to consolidate productive areas that can be used in a rotating manner and help to contain the demand for healthy food in the school lunch and on the other hand the invasive pressure on the water reserve since in the last times the migratory agriculture has intensified.
