Influence of Medical Record Quality Control on Terminal Medical Record Quality of the Nephrology Department

Abstract

AbstractObjective. To study the influence of strengthening the all-round quality control of the department on the quality of terminal medical records of the nephrology department of our hospital. Methods. A total of 2,547 terminal medical records of 2013, from the nephrology department of our hospital, are chosen as an experimental group, and a total of 2,373 terminal medical records of 2012 are used as a control group. The experimental group strengthens the quality control of the departments in an all-round manner. The control group performs the routine quality control. The defect numbers of medical records, the average admission medical record scores and the A-level medical record rates of the two groups are compared. Results. The defect number of admission medical records in the experimental group is obviously lower than that in the control group, the average admission medical record scores and the A-level medical record rates in the experimental group are obviously higher than those in the control gro...
