The residence time at UV light area of lobster is 1.2-1.7 times longer than that at ordinary light area. Abstract

紫外照度对提高荧光笼诱鱼效果的研究
本研究通过对不同照度的紫外线照射对游蟹荧光网箱的诱捕数量进行研究,以期找到最适宜的荧光网箱诱蟹效果。此外,根据照度条件,对比分析了紫外光和普通光下美国龙虾荧光饵料笼和非荧光饵料笼对光的偏好、到达光区的时间和停留时间。罐体为红色无荧光饵笼时无照明(0.05)。龙虾到达紫外光区的时间比到达普通光区的时间快1.2 ~ 2.4倍。一般情况下,当普通光的照度等于或低于紫外光时,到达紫外光区域的时间比到达普通光区域的时间要快(P0.05)。龙虾在紫外光区的停留时间比在普通光区的停留时间长1.2 ~ 1.7倍。不同照度和性别的停留时间差异无统计学意义(P < 0.05)。
