Validation used is linearity, accuracy and precision. The identification of formaldehyde of salted fish was qualitatively identified using the peelof dragon fruit and KMnO4and quantitative using visible spectrophotometry method.Theresult of the research obtainedoptimumwavelengthis 530 nm, the optimum solvent is aquades. Result of linearity test obtained y = 0.003x + 0.489 with R2= 0.989. The accuracy test obtained recovery of 101.90% and precision test obtained SD = 1.583 and RSD = 1.95%. Qualitative test was obtained from 6 salted fish samples analyzed, all samples positive contain formaldehyde. 坚信礼的甲醛含量在TULUNGAGUNG咸鱼用方法可见光谱法
甲醛蒸汽刺激鼻、喉粘膜,产生灼烧感。在食品中使用甲醛作为防腐剂的情况至今仍在发生,其中之一是在社区消费的咸鱼中使用甲醛。本研究的目的是确定可见分光光度法的最佳条件,并对土龙冈市售咸鱼中甲醛的含量进行可见分光光度法分析。本研究采用的方法是波长和溶剂优化。使用的验证是线性,准确度和精密度。用火龙果皮和kmno4对咸鱼中的甲醛进行定性鉴定,用可见分光光度法进行定量鉴定。研究结果表明,最佳波长为530 nm,最佳溶剂为水。线性检验结果为y = 0.003x + 0.489, R2= 0.989。准确度试验回收率为101.90%,精密度试验SD = 1.583, RSD = 1.95%。对6份咸鱼样品进行定性检测,均检测出甲醛阳性。在定量分析中得到的甲醛为72±1583 ppm。
