Abstract

Cognitive Wireless Sensor Networks (CWSN) uses the spectrum resources in an intelligent manner in comparison to a normal Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). The technique which enables CWSNs in this regard is known as Opportunistic Spectrum Sensing (OSS) for data transfer. The OSS process significantly reduces the collisions and the delays for data delivery in a network. This OSS process is vulnerable to several security threats.
