The organizational design and provided continuity concept do not target generalization but an applicable localized model that may induce positive changes in the individuals and organization, and create a condition in the organization that can provide an answer to the postmodern dilemmas. The renewal paradigm reflects organizational system thinking and meaning creation process that emphasize social dimension of the organizationpsilas actions while managing the change across cultures. The renewal paradigm in the postmodern environment requires an organizational setting that supports learning of change, knowledge, and innovation.
