The Performance Framework includes the SESAR target performance, while the Influence Models are an extension of work started in SESAR to trace the relationship between Target Performance and the SESAR proposed concept. Abstract

This paper discusses the need for a Performance Framework (PF) with a methodology to support the assessment of a European-wide concept in ATM.
