Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of the information services market formation in the context of the implementation of the Digital Agenda of the Eurasian Economic Union. The dynamics of the introduction of information and communication technologies (ICT) and the degree of readiness for e-government of the EAEU member states are analyzed.
