This paper mainly introduces the current situation and problems of information technology education in China and puts forward the important role of standards in solving these problems. The significance and value of programming ability for adolescents standard in this context. Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, youth information technology education has become the focus of attention around the world. This paper exemplifies the development of information technology education in primary and secondary schools in the United States, Japan, and the United Kingdom.
