Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, youth information technology education has become the focus of attention around the world. This paper exemplifies the development of information technology education in primary and secondary schools in the United States, Japan, and the United Kingdom. It can be seen from this that, although there are differences in information technology education in various countries, the emphasis on youth information technology education is increasing. This paper mainly introduces the current situation and problems of information technology education in China and puts forward the important role of standards in solving these problems.
