Firstly, the new business operation mode and the concept of cloud energy storage system are expounded. Secondly, in the economic optimal scheduling of prosumer, and the cloud energy storage optimization allocation and dispatch model is established with the objective of optimal daily operation cost. On this basis, the Shapley value method is used for cost sharing within the cooperative alliance. Finally, the feasibility and superiority of the method proposed in this paper are verified by numerical example simulation. Abstract

In view of the existing problems such as high investment cost and low utilization rate of distributed energy storage, while centralized shared energy storage can not take into account the different power needs of many types of users. 基于云储能系统的日前最优经济调度
针对分布式储能存在投资成本高、利用率低等问题,而集中式共享储能不能兼顾多类型用户的不同用电需求。本文提出了一种分布式储能与集中式储能相结合的云储能优化分配与调度方法。首先,阐述了新的业务运营模式和云储能系统的概念。其次,在产消者经济最优调度中,以日运行成本最优为目标,建立了云储能优化分配调度模型。在此基础上,采用Shapley值法进行合作联盟内部的成本分担。最后,通过数值算例仿真验证了本文方法的可行性和优越性。结果表明,清洁能源的消费率可以显著提高,成本分担策略实现了各方共赢。
