Abstract
Modern power systems are so large that it is impossible to design a single central control system that would handle the overall control job. A development of techniques for the design of multivariable control systems is of considerable practical importance. The systems have a great variety of control methods, i.e., fuzzy control, neural control, multichannel control, etc. This paper reports the hierarchy power system's dynamic characteristics, accompanied by the synthesis of the interconnected power system and load frequency control method of weakly decoupling state feedback integrator.
