Abstract

With the increasing complexity of CNC system, the types of cutting tools become more and more complex. It is difficult to effectively support and guarantee the smooth operation of the whole system relying on the traditional manual management or empirical management. Based on this, this paper first analyses the concepts and functions of data tool management system, then studies the design of CNC tool intelligent management system, and gives the utilization strategy of CNC tool intelligent management system. In this paper, the architecture and functions of the intelligent management system are optimally designed for the real application requirements of the intelligent management system of CNC tools, combined with the current status of the existing system. 基于计算机技术的数控刀具智能管理系统设计
随着数控系统的日益复杂,刀具的种类也越来越复杂。依靠传统的人工管理或经验性管理难以有效支持和保障整个系统的顺利运行。在此基础上,本文首先分析了数据刀具管理系统的概念和功能,然后研究了数控刀具智能管理系统的设计,并给出了数控刀具智能管理系统的利用策略。本文针对数控刀具智能管理系统的实际应用需求,结合现有系统的现状,对智能管理系统的体系结构和功能进行了优化设计。采用嵌入式模块集成智能算法,实现对数控刀具寿命和状态的有效预测、监控和管理。
