Colleges and universities are important output units for the cultivation of talents in China, and also represent the cutting edge of education in China. Experimental teaching is an important tool for practical teaching in colleges and universities, which can improve students' practical skills. Through experimental teaching, students can verify theoretical knowledge in a more open manner, which will play an important role in the teaching process. With the increasing number of experimental courses, the traditional manual arrangement of experimental courses can no longer meet the needs of universities. It is necessary to develop a laboratory information management system that is adapted to the needs of modern experimental teaching. Therefore, this paper uses the B/S model to build a laboratory management system. The system is developed using SQL Sever 2000 version, which makes the front-end system management interface fully functional and more convenient to use. The back-end database management has data integrity and identity, which can ensure the security of data. In order to make the university computer laboratory information management system more perfect, this paper firstly discusses the feasibility of the laboratory information management system in terms of economy, technology and operability. Then, a laboratory information management system based on B/S technology is constructed. The development of the laboratory information management system not only improves the management of the laboratory, but also helps to realise the co-ordinated planning and sharing of experimental resources, so that it can play its maximum teaching role.
高校是中国人才培养的重要输出单位,也代表着中国教育的前沿。实验教学是高校实践教学的重要手段,可以提高学生的实践技能。通过实验教学,学生可以更开放地验证理论知识,这将在教学过程中发挥重要作用。随着实验课数量的不断增加,传统的手工布置实验课已经不能满足高校的需要。开发适应现代实验教学需要的实验室信息管理系统势在必行。因此,本文采用B/S模式构建实验室管理系统。本系统采用SQL Sever 2000版本开发,使前端系统管理界面功能齐全,使用更加方便。后端数据库管理具有数据完整性和身份性,可以保证数据的安全性。为了使高校计算机实验室信息管理系统更加完善,本文首先从经济、技术和可操作性方面探讨了实验室信息管理系统的可行性。然后,构建了一个基于B/S技术的实验室信息管理系统。实验室信息管理系统的开发不仅提高了实验室的管理水平,而且有助于实现实验资源的协同规划和共享,使其发挥最大的教学作用。

With the continuous development of Internet technology and the arrival of the era of big data, social media has gradually become an indispensable part of people's lives. By the tendency of economic globalization, this technology makes it easier for people to come into contact with foreign cultures. Cross culture is a new way of communication, and advertising is a form of culture. Moreover, cross-cultural communication medium can play a role in communication by spreading and maximizing its cultural spread value and economic value, and actively spreading our national culture and image. In terms of advertising, Thailand's advertising industry is famous for its creativity in the international market, highlighting its cultural value and commercial value in the field of advertising. In this paper, the polynomial method of finding all solutions for the non-cooperative two-person mixed games is first proposed, where some specific properties of the non-cooperative two-person mixed games are given, at the same time, the non-cooperative two-person mixed games are changed to the particular polynomial equations using these properties. And then, it can be solved by using simplex method. Two examples are demonstrated by using the proposed method to show effectiveness. As a result, it indicates that the proposed method is very useful.

Using the powerful functions of search engines, search through keywords, and only passively help people search, this has not been enough to meet more needs of people. Recommendation engines, is able to take the initiative to find the user in the past, present and future activities and demand rule, through data collection and analysis to explore the user's hobbies and interests, and active user may be interested in information feedback to the user of an information network, the user may be of interest to the content which needs to recommend to the user. The idea of user-based, content-based and demographic-based recommendation mechanism is adopted to analyze and calculate these real data and extract the recommendation results to recommend to users to complete personalized movie recommendation.

In order to compare the valuation accuracy of Bayesian D optimization method (DS method) and SenTest method, the DS method sensitivity experimental design study was carried out, and the experimental calculation process was established. The algorithm and valuation accuracy of Bayesian D optimization method and SenTest method are studied by simulation method. The results show that under the small sample size, the DS method can quickly obtain the mixing interval and quickly obtain the mean. At medium sample sizes, the SenTest method is more robust. Therefore, the DS method is more dependent on the prior information, and in the case of unfamiliar product parameters, the DS method is not advantageous to estimate the P response point.

With the increasing complexity of CNC system, the types of cutting tools become more and more complex. It is difficult to effectively support and guarantee the smooth operation of the whole system relying on the traditional manual management or empirical management. Based on this, this paper first analyses the concepts and functions of data tool management system, then studies the design of CNC tool intelligent management system, and gives the utilization strategy of CNC tool intelligent management system. In this paper, the architecture and functions of the intelligent management system are optimally designed for the real application requirements of the intelligent management system of CNC tools, combined with the current status of the existing system. The embedded module is used to integrate intelligent algorithms to achieve effective prediction, monitoring and management of CNC tool life and status.

UMAP (Uniform Manifold Approximation and Projection) is a fantastic non-linear dimension reduction method, having the capability of quickly processing large datasets. However, it is challenging to balance the timeliness and accuracy when reducing the dimension of the datasets with small samples and noise. To further enhance its timeliness, we propose a novel dimension reduction framework based on UMAP by introducing information entropy and LRR (Low-Rank Representation). We firstly perform LRR on the small sample dataset to remove noise. Besides, we innovatively calculate the entropy threshold with the entropy weight of each data feature to select valuable features. Finally, the dimension of the dataset with valuable features is reduced by UMAP. The datasets generated by us and several UCI datasets are employed to verify that the proposed framework is feasible and effective.

Many software programs are made for processing and analyzing two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DGE) images. However, the anomalies existing in these 2d gel images make the reliable system needed to achieve for 2-DGE image processing and analysis still difficult to realize. In this paper, we propose a new 2-DGE images preprocessing technique. Our new technique depends on image inpainting using Mumford Shah Euler Lagrange to erase vertical and horizontal streaking from these images. Also, we compare the analysis of 2-DGE images inpainted by our proposed technique with non-inpainted images using the known commercial software Delta2D, and we compute the F-measure in both cases for three benchmark 2-DGE images. The results show a significant improvement when comparing analysis of inpainted images with non-inpainted images in subjective and objective ways.

The first contact of freshmen students with computer thinking and programming languages is not an easy task. There are several strategies that can be used before, during and after face-to-face classes. Flipped classes are a way to save time in activities that can be better done in the form of previous work - guided by the teacher. And the time gained in person can be used in tasks that are much more productive than traditional lectures. This study is based on an introductory programming semester of post lockdown COVID-19, initially with 101 students, with the strategy of providing study materials for students to work on before class (as in flipped classes). We use attendance in classes, access-work MOODLE, the two grades obtained during the semester, as well as some information about the student (age, course, gender, previous knowledge of programming languages), and the level that the students think it was their presence in classes and on MOODLE in the middle and at the end of the semester to measure the success of the experiment. It seems that this type of strategy can be excellent for students who attend classes weekly and do their homework, but it can be a cause of dropout if taken to the extreme.

However, there are some troubles in dealing with the outdoor and dynamic environment. We present a Multiple Networks SLAM (MN-SLAM) to cope with those arduous tasks. There are three networks in this system which includes four parts: processing, tracking, local map, and loop closing. Meanwhile, we combine the re-matching mechanism with the moving consistency check to battle with complex environments. Our system was allowed to work in the KITTI dataset and TUM dataset for Stereo and RGB-D sensors. The results show the rotation error and translation error can be improved by this method.
