Abstract

Mathematical modeling is carried out to determine the optimal temperatures in the zones of the material cylinder for the extrusion unit. The transfer function of the material cylinder is obtained. The optimal tuning coefficients for the proportional-integral-differential adjustment law are calculated. Modeling of the temperature control system with optimal controller parameters in the VisSim environment is performed. A graph of the transient process with a PID controller is built.
