Abstract
The article discusses a qualitative study on the role of safety leadership in nursing management during the pandemic in Indonesia. The study assessed safety leadership behavior of head nurses in inpatient facilities, expectations and obstacles to leadership and safety in the ward setting based on the human caring theory.
