The experiment to test server capability and functionality is tested by using several desktop GIS application and virtual globe. The test result show that designed server can function well to serve GIS map to 3D simulation application to create earth surface model. SAR作战三维仿真GIS数据服务器开发的设计与实现
为了使模拟过程尽可能真实,在SAR操作中需要地理信息系统(GIS)数据对地表进行三维模拟。在仿真系统中加入集成的GIS数据服务器,使得仿真应用用户不需要手工输入和准备GIS数据,通过减少仿真应用用户的任务,使用户可以更加专注于仿真过程。本文采用Web Map Service (WMS)协议设计并实现了能够提供仿真应用所需数据的GIS数据服务器。所设计的服务器需要能够从任何可用的格式数据创建GIS地图,包括从internet或intranet中存在的另一个GIS数据服务器已经创建的GIS地图。利用多个桌面GIS应用程序和虚拟地球仪对服务器的性能和功能进行了测试。测试结果表明,所设计的服务器能够很好地服务于GIS地图到三维仿真应用中创建地表模型。通过对Tile缓存和Image Pyramid的测试表明,这两种方法对于提高GIS地图在三维仿真应用存储系统中的加载效果非常显著。
