Abstract
This paper presents zero crossing point detection of motor back EMF of the sensorless brushless direct current motor (BLDC). The back EMF of motor is taken into consideration and measured according to zero crossing point (ZCP) detection along with Park's transformation algorithm. The speed control performance observed using a PID controller. The PMs used in BLDC have provided different rotor positions which determine the commutation sequence of semiconductors used in Inverter Bridge. The power devices are commutated sequentially for every 60 seconds depending on the rotor positions. In order to get linear performance and low-cost stable operation here a sensorless method is proposed. The whole performance is simulated in MA TLAB Simulink and results are analyzed.
