Abstract

This study describes the fundamental elements of Active Learning and how it facilitates the development of soft skills in the teaching of Project Management, this theme makes it easier for students to manage the resources involved in a project in an experiential way, in addition to the experiences shared in class increase the way in which these skills are developed as the sessions and dynamics go by.
