In the increasingly competitive global business environment, being an innovative organization that cooperates with its environment not only meets the needs of its customers, but also contributes to the success and future growth of companies. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to determine the influence of cooperation in the development of innovation in tourism companies. To achieve this objective, a quantitative approach was chosen through surveys and the hypotheses were verified through the Chi square statistical test. The results obtained showed that the relationship between innovation and cooperation, measured by the variables "internal and external sources of information, type of cooperative organizations and type of valuable partners", is not very significant. It is concluded that it is necessary to work on overcoming the weaknesses identified, since this will allow obtaining the benefits that companies that make decisions together have, face the current context and achieve objectives that would be impossible to do in isolation, giving way to the co-creation of innovative services.

Open Educational Resources (OERs) can bring numerous benefits to educators, institutions and governments. However, there is still some resistance to the use of OERs in doctoral programs and higher education in general. The research question that guides this investigation is which characteristics should an OER developed for doctoral education training have in order to make its use more engaging? Under the methodological approach of Educational Design Research, this investigation will consist of three phases: context analysis, development and formative evaluation, and semi-summative evaluation. In the first phase, a systematic literature review will be conducted to analyze the use of OERs in doctoral education training, and a survey will be carried out among PhD candidates, researchers and practitioners to identify which characteristics can contribute to make OERs an engaging solution to doctoral education training. In the second phase, the OER prototype will be conceptualized, designed and developed. This prototype will go through cycles of formative evaluation, and as feedback is being received, adjustments and improvements will be carried out. The cluster method was applied to determine the profiles, the sample was made up of xx companies and their association was determined through a comparison of means analysis. The main result is the composition of 3 different clusters of different intensities in their absorptive and innovation capacity, cluster 1 shows that a greater absorptive capacity is associated with a better innovation capacity.

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced educational institutions to find a way to meet educational needs, within these those for experimentation. This article implements a video game for teaching experimental psychology in a private university. The research is of an applied type and experimental design. For the development of the software, the SUM methodology was used for the development of the video game and the OOHDM methodology for the development of the web page according to the video game. Additionally, cutting-edge tools have been considered to be able to make a scalable and robust application such as the use of Unreal Engine 4 in its version 4.27 for the development of the video game, Blender in its version 3.0 for 3D modeling and character animation, Django as a framework Python for web development in conjunction with PostgreSQL for the elaboration of the database through the software architecture Model Vista Template (MVT).

In this article, we describe how gender bias is present not only in the use used in our daily lives, but also in machine learning, which has an impact on technologies. To reverse the gender bias, teams must have gender diversity, and algorithms cannot be considered biased. To this research paper, we run a systematic literature review of articles, reports and websites, to understand the associated concepts of gender inequality, and how society is fighting gender inequality. An initial selection of keywords was made to be the core of this article. Subsequently, the selection of information sources that contained information within the scope of these concepts was carried out. Research shows that progress has been made in giving men and women equal opportunities in IT roles. Although data points to a very low percentage of women in digital when compared to men there are commitments made and incentives for it to "be for women" as well as for men in the future.

The paradigm of Society 5.0 assumes the availability of Information and Communication Technologies at the service of People. Given this assumption, the paper presents a prototype that aims to facilitate the dissemination of information from an Association to contribute to the integration of migrants in a Portuguese city, thus disseminating the various services provided to expedite their integration and inclusion. The methodology adopted was Design Science Research given its frequent use in the scientific field of Information Systems to enhance the successive iterations underlying the process of creating the artifact. The main results focus on the relevance of using Information and Communication Technologies as vehicles for improving access to information and thus contributing to the integration of the Brazilian community in the city. The prototype presents a mobile application that allows making available in a generalized way the services of the Casa do Brasil Association in Viseu.

The purpose of this research is to know the current situation of strategic management in Higher Education Institutions, based on Data Analytics - Business Analytics, as a tool for new strategies in predictive models, since, just as companies now store massive data at Big Data level, where they focus on capturing and processing them, Higher Education Institutions do it in the same way, to make decisions. The strategic management in the Higher Education Institutions to be analyzed is based on the deployment model of the competitive strategy to be projected in the operation of the institutions, taking into account the axiomatic framework of strategic planning, a quality work culture and evidencing the results in key indicators. Therefore, a systematic review of the literature is carried out, called a secondary study and consists of five key steps: identification of questions for the review, identification of relevant works, evaluation of the quality of the studies, summary of the evidence, and finally, interpretation of the results. Additionally, one of the Ecuadorian Higher Education Institutions is shown as a case study.

Phishing is a crime that uses social engineering and technical subterfuge to steal personal identity data and financial account credentials from users, representing a high economic and financial risk worldwide, both for individuals and for large organizations. This paper describes the visual interface of a configurable and extensible system to support generic work with shape grammars. Shape grammars allow the implementation of computational mechanisms to analyze and synthesize designs of visual languages and have been used to represent the knowledge behind the creative work of architects, designers and artists. This kind of grammars is inherently visual. The system described, a kind of universal machine for shape grammars, allows users to build their own shape grammars and experiment with them. It has been the focus of our past work, it mixes technological and artistic aspects and it has a specific computational architecture which includes a symbolic and a visual interface. The Unified Health System (SUS) was established in Brazil by the Federal Constitution of 1988 to meet the constitutional mandate that classifies health as a right for all and a duty of the State. When considering that Brazil has more than 210 million people, it is noted that the SUS, with a annual budget (2022) of US$ 31B is the largest public and free health system in the world. To manage all care provided by SUS in health centers and posts, hospitals, laboratories, and blood centers, including; and the Health Surveillance, Epidemiological Surveillance, Environmental Surveillance services, in addition to foundations and academic and scientific research institutes, the Ministry of Health (MS) makes use of more than 300 technological platforms. However, despite the existence of all these systems, there is still no characterization of this platforms from the perspective of computational architecture of Health Information Systems (HIS). Thus, this article presents the main aspects of the SIS and the computational characteristics of the ICT systems which support the management of Primary Health Care in the SUS.

When considering that Brazil has more than 210 million people, it is noted that the SUS, with a annual budget (2022) of US$ 31B is the largest public and free health system in the world. To manage all care provided by SUS in health centers and posts, hospitals, laboratories, and blood centers, including; and the Health Surveillance, Epidemiological Surveillance, Environmental Surveillance services, in addition to foundations and academic and scientific research institutes, the Ministry of Health (MS) makes use of more than 300 technological platforms.
