ANALISIS MANAJEMEN PROGRAM IMUNISASI DASAR LENGKAP PADA BAYI DI WILAYAH KERJA BLUD PUSKESMAS BANDAR PETALANGAN KABUPATEN PELALAWAN TAHUN 2021

Abstract

Pelaksanaan imunisasi puskesmas merupakan unsur yang sangat penting dalam pelayanan imunisasi mereka mempunyai tanggung jawab yang besar dalam keberhasilan program imunisasi yaitu tercapainya UCI secara merata di tingkat desa. Puskesmas Bandar Petalangan merupakan salah satu Puskesmas terendah dalam cakupan imunisasi di Kabupaten Pelalawan yaitu hanya 42,3% di tahun 2020. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui manajemen Program Imunisasi Dasar Lengkap Pada Bayi di Wilayah Kerja BLUD Puskesmas Bandar Petalangan Kabupaten Pelalawan Tahun 2021. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif analitik yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Bandar Petalangan Kabupaten Pelalawan kepada 4 orang informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketersediaan Sumber Daya Manusia atau petugas kesehatan yang belum memadai karena disebabkan beban kerja ganda, ketersediaan biaya operasional cukup memadai yang bersumber dari dana BOK Puskesmas, ketersediaan sarana prasarana secara umum cukup memadai, namun masih terdapat beberapa pustu yang belum memiliki lemari es sebagai tempat penyimpanan vaksin, perencanaan dan pelaksanaan imunisasi di BLUD Puskesmas Bandar Petalangan sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun pelaksanaan monitoring dan evaluasi terkait pelaksanaan imunisasi belum berjalan maksimal, karena bentuk monev oleh petugas hanya memantau pelaksanaan. Disarankan kepada BLUD Puskesmas Bandar Petalangan dapat memaksimalkan peran kader dalam mendukung pelaksanaan imunisasi dengan melakukan rapat koordinasi serta pemberian reward bagi kader dengan kinerja yang cukup baik, berkoordinasi lebih lanjut dengan Dinas Kesehatan terkait pemenuhan sarana pendukung pelaksanaan imunisasi serta Puskesmas dapat mengagendakan rapat koordinasi secara rutin pelaksanaan monev terkait pelaksanaan imunisasi dengan didasarkan data cakupan imunisasi The implementation of immunization at the puskesmas is a very important element in immunization services, they have a great responsibility in the success of the immunization program, namely the achievement of UCI evenly at the village level. The results showed that the availability of Human Resources or health workers was inadequate due to the double workload, the availability of adequate operational costs sourced from the Puskesmas BOK funds, the availability of infrastructure facilities in general was adequate, but there were still some pustu that did not have a refrigerator as a source of equipment. Vaccine storage, planning and implementation of immunization at the BLUD Puskesmas Bandar Petalangan have been going well, but the implementation of monitoring and evaluation related to the implementation of immunization has not run optimally, because the form of monitoring and evaluation by officers only monitors the implementation. It is recommended that the BLUD Bandar Petalangan Health Center can maximize the role of cadres in supporting the implementation of immunization by conducting coordination meetings and providing rewards for cadres with good enough performance, further coordinating with the Health Office regarding the fulfillment of supporting facilities for the implementation of immunization and the Puskesmas can schedule regular coordination meetings for the implementation monitoring and evaluation related to immunization implementation based on immunization coverage data
