Abstract

Article deals with the problem of synthesis of automatic control system algorithms for input non-affine plants, which are contain neutral type delay and which are functioning under a priori uncertainty. The problem solution is based on the use of hyperstability criterion, L-dissipativity conditions and parallel reference model with two outputs. The key stage of the synthesis is the receipt for V. M. Popov’s inequality special integral estimates that are ensure the fulfillment of the control goal. With the help of computational experiments, the quality of the control system is illustrated.
