Updates of View in Relational Databases* 关系数据库视图的更新*

The paper presents the editing technology of multi-table data views in databases of relational type. This technology removes the constraint that establishes conformance of the edited view tuple with the table (relation) tuple of the database. This technology is relevant in the automated creation of user applications. The application should work with the data view that is with the table formed out of the set of database relations with the queries of "join-select-projection" type. The requirement for such applications is the implementation of data editing functions: addition, deletion and modification of tuples in the table. In accordance with the executed editing, the application should convert the original database so that the result of edition is preserved under the iterated view formation.

Mathematical Modeling of the Linear Drive for Research Viscoelastic Properties of Elastomer 弹性体粘弹性研究中线性传动的数学建模

The article is devoted to solving the problem of mathematical and simulation modeling of linear magnetoelectric drive (LMED) for the research of rheological characteristics of elastomers. A special feature of the linear drive is lack of transmitting and convertive elements between the anchor, which is a clamping rod, and a test sample of the elastomer, what makes it necessary to include equations describing nonlinear viscosity processes in the General model of the LMED when solving the modeling problem. The possibility of using multi-circuit equivalent circuits, which can be synthesized on the basis of experimental data obtained for the test sample of a certain brand of elastomer under its loading to fixed values of the relative strain, is shown. As a result of the relaxation process of the test sample of the elastomer, the exponential time dependence of the mechanical stress is investigated, which can be subsequently represented by the sum of the exponents with different time constants. The analogy in the recording of the time dependence of the mechanical voltage and current in the electrical circuit containing RC-elements, as well as fixed deformation and constant voltage of the power supply makes it possible to establish a correspondence between the specified values and to create an equivalent circuit of substitution of the test sample of the elastomer. The number of parallel branches of the substitution scheme, as well as its parameters can be determined on the basis of an experiment to remove the time dependence of the mechanical stress at a fixed value of the relative strain. The article also presents a General mathematical model and its implementation in the software MATLAB/Simulink

Detection of Extended Objects in Conditions of a Priori Uncertainty About the Parameters of Movement on the Background of Non-Gaussian Noise 非高斯噪声背景下运动参数先验不确定性条件下扩展目标的检测

the analysis of the characteristics of radio engineering devices of short-range detection with taking into account non-Gaussian nature of the actual probability density of the probing signals and interfering reflections from the underlying surface is given. Estimation of the loss in accuracy detection of extended objects, when the information about the speed of its movement is missing, is described. It is shown that increasing the reliability of detection of extended objects is possible by adapting the detection devices to the motion parameters of the objects, in particular speed.

Registration of Discrete Signals Based on the Soft Computing Concept 基于软计算概念的离散信号配准

In this paper we review the registration of a binary element in a discrete channel with erasure using a nonlinear scale constructed on the basis of a fuzzy membership function, the concept of fuzzy sets theory. The source of information loss of a binary element is shown when it is recorded in a traditional way. The mechanism of compensation of information losses on the basis of a nonlinear scale is given.

Approaches to solving the problem of risk assessment with fuzzy initial information 模糊初始信息下风险评估问题的解决方法

An analysis of existing methods for solving the problems of risk assessment showed that they are based on the lack of computational capabilities and the lack of necessary information about the conditions of the problem. Therefore, in such cases it is advisable to use fuzzy mathematical methods. In this paper, we consider approaches to solving the problem of risk assessment with fuzzy source information.

Estimation of Probability of Error on Degree Telegraph Distortion 程度电报失真误差概率的估计

Discrete messages transmitted over the radio channels are distorted under the influence of various kinds of additive and multiplicative interferences, this being the reason for errors on the receiver-side of the radio line. Error probability in the received message characterizes the communication channel quality at a definite period of time required for the radio line adaptation to the communication conditions. An immediate estimation of the error probability requires a lot of time, which in many cases exceeds the communication channel stationary interval and makes it impossible to provide operational adaptation of the radio line to the continuously changing communication conditions. The error probability and the value of telegraph (end) distortions in the received discrete message are known to be determined by the ratio of the received signal power and noise, which cannot be estimated directly, since both of these components are found in the communication channel simultaneously. Estimation of the degree of telegraph distortions takes less time compared to the time of error probability estimation. Therefore it is practical to assess error probability in the communication channel indirectly, estimating the degree of telegraph distortions at a limited interval of time in the sliding window, which is less than the interval of stationary state of the communication channel. The paper describes a specific version of the technical (software) implementation of the device for measuring the degree of telegraph distortions. The findings of the study can be used in the design of devices for radio line adaptation to communication conditions.

Contact Problem for Electro-Magneto-Elastic Half-Space with Initial Deformations 具有初始变形的电磁弹性半空间接触问题

In this paper, we consider the use of the fictitious absorption method to solve the contact problem of oscillations of a weightless stamp on the surface of an electro-magneto-elastic half-space under initial deformations. Oscillations of a layered half-space with initial mechanical strains is described by using linearized motion equations based on the quasi-static approximation for a prestressed electro-magneto-elastic medium. The Green function of a layered half electro–magneto–elastic-space for various boundary value problems describing various magnetic conditions on the boundary between the electroelastic layer and the magnetoelastic half-space was analytically constructed. Assuming that vibrations of the medium to be settled and proceed according to a harmonic law. The calculated results show the influence of hydrostatic deformation on the dynamic capacitance of an electro–magneto–elastic medium. In addition, the effect of magnetic various boundary conditions on dynamic capacitance is studied. All calculations is present in a dimensionless form.

Frequency Responses of Wind Turbines with Magnetic Speed Reduction in Autonomous Power Systems 自主电力系统中磁力减速风力发电机的频率响应

The present paper is devoted to investigations of the influence of the initial response of wind energy and its importance for system reliability. This problem is especially relevant for autonomous power systems with wind turbines. The energy stored in rotating masses of wind turbines and inertial wind energy contribute to the power system inertia. It was found that the decrease of system inertia in the case of higher levels of renewable generation does not have a significant influence on frequency responses in comparison with the regulator action. Wind turbines contribute to the inertial and primary frequency response during the frequency drop in the power system. However, the fast support for the changing frequency with the controlled inertia of wind energy will facilitate the return of the frequency to the normal operating range that allows avoiding load disconnection at low frequencies in the system. The paper also presents comparative characteristics of frequency responses for a wind turbine with a magnetic gearbox and a mechanical gearbox. The aim of the study is to analyze and give a quantitative estimation for frequency responses of wind power plants having various technologies of turbines and transmissions, namely variable-speed of wind wheel rotation, magnetic speed reduction and a synchronous generator with permanent magnets.

It was found that the decrease of system inertia in the case of higher levels of renewable generation does not have a significant influence on frequency responses in comparison with the regulator action. Wind turbines contribute to the inertial and primary frequency response during the frequency drop in the power system. However, the fast support for the changing frequency with the controlled inertia of wind energy will facilitate the return of the frequency to the normal operating range that allows avoiding load disconnection at low frequencies in the system. The paper also presents comparative characteristics of frequency responses for a wind turbine with a magnetic gearbox and a mechanical gearbox. The approach of the fast interpolation of discrete signals in multi-speed microprocessor systems for recording signals of wave and resonance changes in mechanical and other physical fields is considered. Interpolation is carried out on the basis of bordering functions that simplify and accelerate the process of signal restoration. A set of interconnected sampling theorems is formulated on the basis of bordering functions for cases of uniform and non-uniform sampling of signals. A certain hierarchy of these theorems and their interrelation with the well-known Kotelnikov-Shannon sampling theorem are established. New concepts of a quasi-orthogonal system of basis functions and a quasi-unit matrix are proposed.
