Methodology- In this study, contradiction matrix, 40 principles and IFR-idealism philosophy, which are among the basic TRIZ paradigms, were used in the process of presenting innovative solutions. One of the Pairwise Comparison methods AHP (Analytical hierarchy process) was used when parameter matching. Findings- As a result of the study, a new matrix and methodology has been developed. Conclusion- Although TRIZ is a very famous problem-solving method, there are only a few studies that use TRIZ to improve service quality in healthcare. This study proposes a new framework for TRIZ's use in healthcare and will serve as a guide for researchers working in this field. Abstract
