Abstract

The deposition of compositionally-modulated (Bi/sub 1-x/Sb/sub x/)/sub 2/(Te/sub 1-y/Se/sub y/)/sub 3/ thermoelectric multilayer films by magnetron sputtering has been demonstrated.
