Abstract
The undesirable ionospheric clutter has proved to be a major factor restricting the high frequency surface wave radar (HFSWR) detection capabilities in the Beibu Gulf. Here, an ionospheric clutter mitigation processing using hybrid inhibition algorithm is presented.
