Abstract

Abstract The aim of the paper is to determine the development trends in motivation factors. In the first part, the authors analyse apparent differences in the use of motivation factors by business managers. Then, the authors try to determine the role and influence of independent variables, namely leadership style, corporate culture and corporate communication on employee motivation.
