Keratin positivity was found to be of differential diagnostic value in the distinction of this tumour from the so called small round cell tumours. Abstract
The case of a 27-year-old female patient presenting with a Wilms' tumour is reported. The tumour was dominantly of blastemal type showing minor epithelial (tubular) areas and anaplastic portions.
